INGREDIENTS:
2 cups bowtie pasta, uncooked (substitute with Zatarain's)
1 (16 ounce) package Armour® Original Bite Size Turkey Meatballs, thawed
2 cups thawed frozen mixed vegetables (substitute with Margaret Homes)
1/4 cup olive oil
Grated Parmesan cheese (optional)
DIRECTIONS: Cook pasta according to package directions.
Combine meatballs, vegetables and oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Cover; simmer 6 to 8 minutes or until meatballs and vegetables are heated through, stirring once.
Drain pasta reserving 1/4 cup of the cooking liquid. Add pasta and cooking liquid to meatball mixture. Season with salt and pepper and top with grated Parmesan cheese if desired.
